What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Manager position at Synergy Interactive?
This position is for a ground-level innovative tech start-up in Chicago, IL. This is a full-time and fully on-site position. This a very fast-paced environment, working non-traditional work week hours, with an all-hands-on-deck team approach. This is not a traditional corporate HR position. We are looking for candidates who can get started ASAP with minimal external commitments.
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the CEO and other C-Suite Executives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Job Requirements: Immediate Availability
We are looking for candidates who are ready to get started right away and can commit to the role with minimal external commitments. Ideal candidates will:
- Be available to begin work as soon as possible.
- Have no planned travel or significant time off in the upcoming months.
- Be able to dedicate their full attention to the role, with minimal outside commitments that could impact their availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5 years' experience in Human Resources or People Operations
- Experience working with Technical and Engineering Teams
- Must be able to work on-site and reside in Chicago, IL
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgment
- Proficiency in HRIS Software and MS Office Suite
- Preferred: HR Certification (SHRM)
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
