About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laravel/PHP Developer to build and maintain functional, visually appealing websites and APIs. You'll play a key role in translating designs into fully functional web applications, handling front-end development and deployment. This is a fast-paced environment where you can make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Take ownership of projects and make key technical decisions.
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and related services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
• Stay current with new technologies and industry trends.
• Deploy updates and fixes, ensuring optimal website functionality (focus on immediate impact, not extensive scalability).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Laravel Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js).
• Solid understanding of PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Expertise in building Laravel APIs to support headless front-end applications.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL database management systems.
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS).
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience working in an agency environment or similar fast-paced setting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with video content creators.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with detailed QA in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
