About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Product Owner with a strong background in supply chain management (SCM) to lead the development and optimization of customer-facing applications. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in data-driven decision-making, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product vision and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize data analysis to guide product development, feature prioritization, and performance optimization.
- Lead and coordinate Product-Oriented Delivery (POD) teams, including developers, QA engineers, and UX professionals.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and program increments.
- Ensure seamless integration with SCM software and ERP systems, providing process-oriented insights to enhance functionality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Supply Chain Expertise: Background in transportation management, procurement, warehouse/inventory management, or related areas.
- Product Leadership: Experience independently leading a POD team in an Agile environment.
- Data-Driven Approach: Strong proficiency in data analysis to inform product decisions.
- Agile Methodologies: Hands-on experience with Agile ceremonies and iterative development processes.
- SCM & ERP Familiarity: Process-oriented understanding of SCM software or ERP systems, even without hands-on experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
- Experience in logistics, retail, or related sectors with complex supply chain operations.
