What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Python Engineer (Credit Risk Platform) position at Synergy Interactive?
Note : Candidates who do not have the following will not be considered :
- 8 years of Python programming
- Proven experience working on market and credit counterparty or credit risk platforms
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science / Engineering, Physics, or Math.
- Ability to be on-site 2 days per week at the NYC office.
- We do live coding assessments so candidates who object to this will not be considered.
About the Role :
We are currently seeking an experienced Python Developer to work on a complex and challenging credit risk platform for a top-tier financial services client. This person must have a strong upbeat personality and expert-level Python coding skills. Prior experience working with market and credit counterparty risk platforms is REQUIRED.
This role will be on-site in our New York office 1-2 days a week.
The role involves building next-generation financial systems, developing high-quality, scalable microservices, and creating systems to process various data streams.
