Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to analyze, document, and improve business processes, functional solutions, and data requirements. You will collaborate with end users, product managers, UX, and technical teams to develop and implement solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document current and target state business processes and data integration.
- Define business, functional, and data requirements aligned with project objectives.
- Conduct information-gathering activities and evaluate data trends for actionable insights.
- Prepare project documentation, including business cases, user stories, and functional requirements.
- Assist with user feedback, change management, and CRM product feature prioritization.
- Support SDLC phases, including UAT and change implementation.
- Collaborate with data and engineering teams to develop data-driven solutions.
- Ensure all product documentation is up to date and manage deliverables within timelines.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in wealth management or financial services.
- Hands-on experience in analytics and database tools with strong documentation skills.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with methodologies for large-scale databases and software solutions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and project management tools.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to evolving business needs.
