Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to lead business analysis efforts and document both current and future state processes, functional requirements, and data needs. This role involves close collaboration with end users, product managers, UX teams, and technology partners to design and implement effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document current state business processes, data integration, and workflows.
- Define target state processes and align functional solutions.
- Gather and evaluate information through surveys, data analysis, and user feedback.
- Create and present project documentation, including business cases, user stories, and use cases.
- Identify patterns in complex data and deliver actionable insights.
- Facilitate meetings with subject matter experts and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Collaborate with data engineers and science teams to innovate data-driven products.
- Assist in all phases of the SDLC, focusing on requirements, UAT, and change management.
- Maintain project documentation, FAQs, and runbooks for CRM and analytics products.
- Partner with product managers to prioritize and address user feedback.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of business analysis experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services.
- Hands-on analytics experience (3 years).
- Must have experience with CRMs, working with financial advisors, and expertise in dashboards and workflow design.
- Strong skills in identifying inefficiencies and improving processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with large-scale databases and software solution recommendations.

Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
