Key Responsibilities :
Conduct chemical and biological tests on patient specimens for medical diagnosis.
Analyze bodily fluids (blood, urine, spinal fluid) for abnormalities.
Perform blood typing and compatibility tests for transfusion purposes.
Troubleshoot and repair laboratory equipment as needed.
Ensure quality assurance and control in all lab procedures.
Maintain accurate records and report findings in the system.
Stay up-to-date with laboratory policies, safety practices, and professional development.
What You Bring to the Table :
- Associate degree with completion of an accredited medical technology program (or equivalent experience).
- ASCP certification or equivalent nationally recognized certification.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
- Commitment to quality, accuracy, and patient care.
Third Shift Details :
Hours : 9 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM
Tuesday - Friday
