What You’ll Do :
Perform clerical tasks such as processing requisitions, maintaining patient records, and managing lab orders.
Assist with billing and coding to ensure accurate documentation.
Act as a liaison between pathologists, laboratory staff, and clients.
Handle specimen tracking, courier logs, and special stain orders.
Support lab operations through inventory management and workspace organization.
What We’re Looking For :
- High school diploma or equivalent (previous experience in medical reception, billing, or transcription is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively in a medical / laboratory setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
