Production Line Technician

The Production Line Technician will be responsible for assisting productions lines with daily operations, line setups, staging of components, and interacting with production personnel; diagnosing issues that arise and making necessary adjustments to optimize equipment efficiency; and performing preventative maintenance on the equipment to maintain efficiency and cleanliness in a high output production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Startup and shutdown equipment
- Set up production lines for new products
- Stage components
- Material handle
- Diagnose quality issues caused by equipment
- Assist production personnel
- Trouble shoot mechanical issues
- Adjust sensors
- Maximize equipment output
- Perform frequent quality inspections
Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or G.E.D required
- Ability to Lift 50 pounds unassisted required
- Experience in food production, liquid packaging, or pharma industry a plus
- Ability to walk/stand for 8 hours required
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- Electrical Aptitude preferred
- Experience with hand tools and power tools preferred
