Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize electronic files and documents.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for meetings.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications via email and phone.
  • Input and update data in spreadsheets and database systems.
  • Perform routine clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure administrative tasks are completed effectively.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a clerical assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with data entry and basic bookkeeping is preferred.
