Description: As a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible to handle all new or existing accounts. Our job is to make sure we have excellent customer retention and they will always renew with us! We pride ourselves on transparency to the customer and make sure to inform them of all special deals and promotions they qualify for based on their information on behalf of the client. We are the associates who get to sell products and services along with creating business relationships that are sustainable

Additional Requirements:

  • 1 years of the food industry, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; identifying the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Understand and practice all compliance rules and regulations
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Be able to answer any and all customer inquiries
  • Open to a flexible work schedule
  • Candidates must be over eighteen years of age and eligible to work in the United States
