Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Location: Woodburn, Oregon
Type: Travel, Contract and Permanent Placement
We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. As a COTA, you will work with patients to help them develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills.
Responsibilities:
- Work with patients to develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills
- Conduct evaluations, plan programs of care, and administer treatments to patients under the supervision of an occupational therapist
- Document patient progress and report any changes in patient condition to the supervising occupational therapist
Requirements:
- Certificate of completion from an accredited program for occupational therapy assistants
- Licensure as an occupational therapy assistant in the state where the assignment is located
- Ability to pass a background check and provide documentation of negative TB test results
