Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a travel Home Health professional in Santa Teresa, New Mexico.
About the Job
This is a 13-week assignment with 40 hours per week, working 5x8 hour shifts. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Home Health settings and able to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in their homes, including assessments, treatment plans, and therapy sessions.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with family members and caregivers to educate them on patient needs and goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders or related field.
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or equivalent.
- Current licensure in New Mexico.
- Experience working in Home Health settings preferred.
