Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Pharmacy Marketing and Sales Representative to join our Pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our company to healthcare facilities, building strong relationships, acquiring new opportunities, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the pharmacy industry, and the ability to expand our client base.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the LTC Pharmacy space, focusing on both new and existing clients.
- Manage account relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, offering tailored solutions to meet their Pharmacy needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with sales efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote relationships and gather market insights.
- Travel in local tri-state area.
Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the specialized Long Term Care Pharmacy industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successful account management.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Familiarity with the Board of Pharmacy processes and regulations is highly desirable.
