Job Description Description : Be a part of something new and exciting in the health, wellness, and sports recovery industry in Jacksonville, NC.Synergy Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine - a locally owned, award-winning Physical Therapy practice that has been in business for 12 years in our community is launching a new studio next door - Coastal Chill Cryo & Wellness.We are seeking friendly and detail-oriented people who have a passion for the health and wellness industry and helping others. Our ideal candidate has a fun but professional attitude with excellent phone and in-person communication skills.You will be a key part of the client experience, guiding him or her to the modality or treatment that will best meet their individual needs, answering questions in person and over the phone, directing client tours and onboarding, helping to set clients up on treatment modalities, resetting the treatment rooms or equipment for the next client, ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of the studio is maintained, and serving as an ambassador of the company with client and community interactions.This requires a strong commitment to providing clients with exceptional customer service and wellness experience. Excellent phone skills andThis may be a perfect position for someone with a prior background in a wellness studio, boutique gym, spa, medical office, restaurant host, salon, or retail setting.Prior experience with membership sales, retail item purchasing, client scheduling, processing payments, and handling client concerns is a plus.We are happy to train motivated applicants who are committed to professional growth and longevity with our organization.Opportunites to assist with internal and external marketing, community outreach, and social media marketing are available. Applicants with experience in those roles are eligible for a higher hourly pay range based on marketing skills and experience.Additional opportunities exist to be trained up to also provide direct client care services including cold laser therapy, localized cryotherapy for pain relief and body contouring / fat loss and assisted stretch services. Please see our listing for Assisted Stretch Coaches if interested in that specific role.BenefitsPay : $11-$13 per hourExpected hours : 20 – 25 per weekFlexible scheduleRequirements : Job Responsibilities : Greet clients arriving for scheduled services and walk-insProvide tours of facility and overview of available services to current & potential clientsHighlight and explain options for clients to add on additional in-house wellness servicesPerform administrative functions such as answering phone calls and emails, taking payments, scheduling future appointments, and client reminder and follow up callsAssist with keeping workspace and studio clean and organizedAssist with basic wellness studio upkeep (laundry, cleaning tasks, resetting rooms between clients, routine equipment inspection and upkeep)Maintain knowledge of in-house retail products and guide clients on products available to support their goalsHelp develop and grow a dedicated client list who commit to regular, ongoing wellness services thru purchase of membershipsAssist with client acquisition and retentionPhone call, email and direct message follow ups with client leadsBe a brand ambassador for Coastal Chill Cryo & Wellness in the studio and communityParticipate in social media marketing capturing client testimonials and successes, sharing more about Coastal Chill services and products, and building brand awareness and community connectionsOpening and closing duties as requiredInventory and ordering of supplies as neededExpectations : Passion for supporting clients in the health, wellness, sports recovery, and aesthetic industryAbility to create a positive and welcoming environment for all clientsAbility to help with individual service sales and memberships sales for servicesMaintain efficiency with time management for client service deliveryGrowth minded active learner seeking to enhance your skill set in the wellness settingAbility to present self professionally and earn client trust and loyaltyExcellent communication and active listening skills - open to feedbackAdaptability to meet client and business needsAbility to work well in a team environment and support company goalsMust have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to attendance policiesAttend staff meetings and required company trainingsHandle client concerns when applicable. Higher end of pay scale for those who can work higher demand hours – later afternoons / early evenings and weekends and / or applicants who bring additional external / internal marketing experience, and / or sales experience.
Salary : $11 - $13
