Job Overview
Synergy Powerline Construction has immediate openings for certified Apprentice and Journeyman Lineworkers to perform safe and efficient distribution and transmission line construction, substation construction, maintenance and operation work across the Midwest. This position will operate mostly in Minnesota and North Dakota.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing distribution and transmission line construction, substation construction, maintenance and operation work safely and efficiently
- Operating equipment such as bucket trucks, digger derricks, and aerial lifts
- Maintaining a valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Passing regular pre-employment drug screenings
- Ability to travel extensively
Requirements
- Certified Lineman and/or Journeyman License
- Ability to obtain CPR and First aid certification
- Superior communication skills
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Able to work under extreme environmental factors
- Able to pull up loads of up to 75 pounds
