Construction Estimator – Vertical Construction
Location: Boston, MA, Pittsburgh, PA and/or Norfolk, VA

A highly respected general contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. This role will focus on estimating across all divisions for large-scale ground-up and complex renovation projects ranging from $25M–$300M.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review proposal specifications, solicitations, and drawings to determine project scope.
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor/vendor quotations and respond to inquiries.
- Provide estimates for fixed-price, design-build, and/or self-perform projects.
- Track estimated costs versus actual costs and adjust pricing for change orders and unforeseen circumstances during construction.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in estimating large-scale vertical (ground-up) buildings and/or complex renovations.
- Experience estimating all divisions of commercial or federal construction projects (federal experience preferred).
- Proficiency with Timberline, Sage, and/or On-Screen Takeoff is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $140K- $170K, depending on experience and location.
