This is a critical role with full P&L responsibility, managing high-profile projects for federal agencies such as NAVFAC, USACE, Veteran Affairs, and others.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of federal construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Perform scheduling and cost estimating to ensure project efficiency.
Flexibility to travel to project site(s) as needed.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Construction, or Construction Management preferred (or equivalent experience).

Experience :

Minimum 5 years of experience in complex renovation or ground-up projects for federal clients (e.g., Veterans Affairs, NAVFAC, USACE).

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills : Proficiency in scheduling and cost estimation is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary : $130,000–$160,000 annually depending on experience.
