Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of federal construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Perform scheduling and cost estimating to ensure project efficiency.
- Flexibility to travel to project site(s) as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Construction, or Construction Management preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in complex renovation or ground-up projects for federal clients (e.g., Veterans Affairs, NAVFAC, USACE).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Skills: Proficiency in scheduling and cost estimation is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $140,000–$170,000 annually plus bonus potential.
