JOB TITLE : CNC Department manager

Reports To : Operations Mgr.

Requirements :

  • Must be hands on and able to program CNC Machines and train others

    • Stand for long periods of time, great work Ethic, be able to Follow Verbal or Written line up, Work as a Team or Individually.

  • Proficient with CNC Machines, Proficient with Siemens NX, how to read blueprints.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Help with Programming & Operating 3-Axis CNC Milling Machine.
  • Create holding fixtures & special setups for prototype, production machining jobs.
  • Read & understand blue prints / drawings. Train and lead employees in CNC positions
  • Understand specifications of the task at hand &the desired result using CAD files.
  • The use of measuring instruments & hand tools to make precision and intricate part for many different industries.
  • 2D & 3D milling of prototype sheet metal and short run production of details & tools
  • Follow all Safety Protocols.
  • Keep local and surrounding areas clean and organized.

    • Attend meetings, filter information effectively
