This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Mill programmer/working leader using NX located in Clinton Township, MI. The role involves programming, set-up, and operating CNC mills, leading a team of machinists, ensuring production quality, and collaborating with engineering departments.
Qualifications
- CNC Mill Programming and Operating skills
- Familiarity with NX software
- Experience in leading & developing a team of machinists
- Knowledge of metalworking processes and materials, preferably, sheet metal stamping and injection molding
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
