Job Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. This includes:
- Managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Working closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Promoting all Synergy companies' services to potential clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in sales and business development in the defense and automotive manufacturing industries
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of metals, plastics, and additive manufacturing processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
