The Program Director is a vital leadership position within Synergy Recovery Network, responsible for the overall management and success of our comprehensive addiction recovery programs. This role involves overseeing clinical services, staff supervision, program development, and ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of clinicians, case managers, and support staff.Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and ethical standards in all clinical services.Develop and implement clinical protocols, treatment plans, and outcome measures.Conduct regular case reviews and clinical supervision meetings.Continuously evaluate and enhance program effectiveness through data analysis and client feedback.Identify areas for program expansion or improvement and implement necessary changes.Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in addiction treatment.Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate program staff.Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes staff development and collaboration.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations governing addiction treatment programs.Maintain accurate and complete client records and program documentation.Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, including funding agencies and regulatory bodies.Review & approve Biopsychosocial Assessments & Treatment Plans according to ASAM documentation standards.Engage in consistent chart audits, reviewing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with Medicaid, Recovery Works, and other funding programs.Provide direct addiction recovery services and consultation services in accordance with the policies and procedures of the organization.Perform comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans and oversee the screening and service planning process.Conduct weekly patient progress meetings as well as individual supervision with clinicians.Develop performance goals and monitor measurable outcomes against those goals, with regular written reports to senior management.Oversee accurate and timely completion of all required forms, progress reports, incident reports, or related documents.Develop & implement clinical best practices to ensure the delivery of quality, outcome-driven recovery care.Represent Synergy Recovery Network in the community, building relationships with referral sources and partners.Participate in community events and initiatives that raise awareness of addiction and recovery.Qualifications Education : Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.Licensure : Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Advanced Practice Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Licensed Psychologist or HSPP required.Experience : Minimum of five years of director level clinical experience in the addiction treatment field.Skills : Strong clinical skills, excellent leadership and management abilities, effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Additional Requirements Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Benefits Competitive salaryOpportunities for professional development and growth.The chance to make a real difference in the lives of individuals struggling with addiction.#J-18808-Ljbffr
