Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator
Location: Franklin Park, IL
Pay: $17.00
Shift: Tuesday - Friday 6am - 5pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator to join our team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound shipments, operating forklifts safely, and ensuring inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate has experience in shipping and receiving, forklift operation, and warehouse organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move materials using a forklift.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy.
- Prepare and stage outbound shipments per shipping schedules.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure proper storage of materials.
- Follow safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a forklift operator.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred).
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
