We pay our drivers industry-leading rates, and our drivers are contractors....you work when you want to work and never take a run that you don't want to.A Synergy RV Transport motorized driver is someone who wants to make a good living by transporting new (and very occasionally used) vehicles from one place to another, while controlling their own schedule and expenses. Loads pay 70 to 80 cents per mile, and typical profit to the driver 35 to 45 cents per mile, occasionally reaching over 50 cents per mile for a sharp driver. A Synergy Driver is someone very special...someone who wants to be in control of their life and finances... someone who wants to explore the country... someone who has what it takes to get what they want out of a driving career.
