We are Hiring Sales Managers for a Residential (D2D) campaign in West Virginia. As our clients continue to
grow their markets, we are expanding to accommodate the demand. Synergy Sales Co. has been focused on building a strategic, high-quality sales company. Our diversified portfolio includes D2D and B2B campaigns across 8 states, working in Residential, Retail and Events settings.
About You
You are a driven sales leader with a knack for building high-performing teams. You take ownership of your team’s success. You have several years of experience in frontline sales and can pivot quickly between hands-on sales coaching and recruiting. You are just as comfortable in the field talking to customers as you are when amongst friends.
About the Role
This role reports to the regional consumer sales team and is responsible for improving the penetration of our fiber optic broadband service within the assigned residential territory. We need a proven leader to own the performance and drive results spanning multiple channels including D2D, residential agents, multifamily, and more.
Responsibilities
Recruit and lead a team of internal and contract sales professionals (D2D, multifamily, and community engagement); tracking and improving results each month through motivation, headcount growth, and vendor engagement
Assign territory to sales professionals while managing KPIs and sales activity within the assigned territory.
Develop fresh insights and techniques to reach more households with fiber optic internet
Travel up to 30% as necessary

Must Haves
Unwavering integrity, unrelenting drive, and continuously improving
1 years of experience in residential telecommunications (cable, telco, or fiber) sales experience with demonstrated success PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED
3 years of experience leading top-performing sales teams
Deep understanding and ability to comprehend and produce accurate sales trends, forecasts, and uncover opportunities within the KPIs
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and content creation/communication skills
Exhibits sound business judgment, emotional intelligence, and has a proven ability to influence others
Ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-paced organization
