Reporting to the regional consumer sales team, you'll be instrumental in expanding Metronet's fiber optic broadband service penetration within the assigned residential territory. This is a pivotal role, demanding a proven leader to own performance and drive results across multiple sales channels, including door-to-door, residential agents, multifamily partnerships, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Recruitment: Recruit, onboard, and lead a high-performing team of internal and contract sales professionals (D2D, multifamily, and community engagement). Implement effective strategies to motivate, develop, and retain top talent, consistently improving monthly results.
- Territory Management & Performance Optimization: Strategically assign territories, meticulously track key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage sales activities within the assigned region to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
