We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Office Assistant to join our MetroNet Sales team in Ohio.
As an Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team.
Responsibilities include and may not be limited to:
- Deal effectively, promptly and respectfully with a wide variety of individuals in person, via telephone and in writing.
- Perform with attention to detail
- Work independently to resolve practical problems
- Work well under deadline, despite interruptions
- Maintain merchandise inventory (Apparel)
- Be a back up to team leads
- managing correspondence
- scheduling appointments
- Recruit Individuals that are applying
- Proficiency with multi-tasking
- Ability to prioritize activities on a daily basis to accomplish tasks and goals with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong computer skills, including email and internet usage
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- Prior office experience is preferred but not always required, especially for entry-level positions.
Job Type: - Part Time (25 Hours a week) Pay: $400 a week
