What are the responsibilities and job description for the DIRECTOR OF MARKET DEVELOPMENT / NATIONAL OR CORPORATE ACCT - GI position at Synergy Sales Recruiting of LA, LLC?
We are looking for candidates who have GI Relationships with Large GI Practices and Large Hospital System Relationships and Leadership experience . Only candidates with this background can be considered. A 4-year degree is also required.
This role will require the Director of Market Development to visit large GI practices across the country as well as large Hospital Systems to market and secure usage of this Diagnostic Test. This test will reduce incidences of Barrett's Esophagus and Esophageal Cancer.
This Director will need leadership experience with having direct reports now or in the past; Sales Reps or other personnel reporting to them. This role could have direct reports down the road.
This Director needs be based out of Dallas or Houston.
- Base salary is $175,000 with total Comp $235,000 to $290,000.
