Responsibilities: - Provide a wide range of hair and beauty services to clients, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments - Perform barbering services such as beard trims and shaves - Apply eyelash extensions and hair extensions - Perform hair threading for clients - Upsell salon products and services to clients - Maintain a clean and organized work station - Sanitize tools and equipment regularly - Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in cosmetology Experience: - Must have a valid cosmetology license - Previous experience in a salon or spa setting is preferred - Knowledge of MINDBODY software is a plus - Experience in store management or retail sales is beneficial Skills: - Strong knowledge and proficiency in cosmetology techniques and procedures - Ability to perform haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments with precision and creativity - Proficiency in barbering techniques for beard trims and shaves - Knowledge of eyelash extensions, hair extensions, and hair threading techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively - Strong sales skills to upsell salon products and services We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
