Senior Accountant – Drive Impact in a Growing Team!
We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join our growing Client's finance team and play a key role in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating across teams, this is the perfect opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Analyze budget variances and provide insights.
- Support audits.
- Drive process improvements.
- Prepare consolidations and intercompany transactions.
- Develop and enforce financial policies and controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred but not required).
- 3 years of general accounting experience.
- Construction industry experience is nice to have but NOT required.
- Strong MS Excel and strong with ERP Accounting Systems.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
