The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for leading a finance team that directly partners with operations to drive performance across key strategic, financial, and operational objectives. This role serves as a critical liaison between finance and operational leadership, providing analysis, insights, and guidance to support decision-making and efficiency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic finance liaison to operational leaders, including GMs and engineers, providing financial guidance to drive business outcomes.
- Design and oversee robust financial models that evaluate production capacity, operational efficiency, and performance metrics.
- Create and maintain real-time dashboards and key performance indicators to support data-driven management.
- Transform complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable recommendations that enhance cost management and productivity.
- Deliver detailed analysis on cost structures—such as labor, overhead, and yield metrics—to uncover optimization opportunities.
- Standardize financial tools, processes, and reporting structures to ensure consistency across departments and functions.
- Partner with the accounting team to produce monthly reports for executive and operational review, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Direct the budgeting and forecasting process for operations, aligning financial plans with strategic priorities.
- Support short-term cash planning by preparing and analyzing rolling cash flow forecasts.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, offering mentorship, performance feedback, and professional growth opportunities while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive finance experience, including exposure to operational finance and leadership responsibilities.
- Hands-on experience partnering with manufacturing, warehouse, or supply chain teams to support performance goals.
- Advanced skills in building financial models to support strategic planning and operational analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain KPI frameworks and reporting dashboards.
- Proficiency in Power BI is required; experience with other financial analytics or ERP systems is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams in a collaborative environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a sharp eye for detail and efficiency opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability and confidence working in fast-paced, evolving environments, particularly within private equity-backed organizations.
Salary : $160,000 - $180,000
