We seek a team member in our sales department for our Strategic Partnership Manager position who will be responsible for generating profitable business for the firm by sourcing prospects via multiple channels and professional networks. Should be able to execute a strategic marketing plan to ensure growth of Synergy in assigned territory. The Strategic Partnership Manager is pivotal in developing and nurturing key relationships that drive sales growth and revenue. This role centers on creating and managing alliances that align with the company's strategic goals and sales objectives, playing a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic collaborations. Primary Duties
Partnership Development:
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships aligned with company goals
- Generate business through phone and in-person support for new and existing customers
- Build and nurture relationships to create mutually beneficial opportunities
Partner Relationship Management:
- Maintain and strengthen partnerships to maximize value
- Educate partners (e.g., attorneys) on Synergy's offerings to drive case referrals
- Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
Sales Support:
- Leverage partner relationships to close deals and expand market reach
- Manage leads, qualify prospects, and guide them through the sales process
- Foster deeper customer relationships through regular contact and education
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze partnership performance to ensure goals are met
- Manage and update sales data and contacts in ESP
- Provide monthly sales activity reports to the VP
- Prepare for and lead monthly 1:1 meeting to discuss activities, performance, and improvement strategies
- Forecast based on historical data, future projections, and current interactions
Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and demeanor with ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal team members
- Consistently self-motivated and brings positive energy to all interactions with customers and coworkers
- Strong organizational skills in managing documentation and adhering to policies and procedures
- Shows commitment to continuous self-education as products and industry standards evolve
- Produces accurate and high-quality work that meets or exceeds company standards, with attention to detail and overall satisfaction with the final product
- Demonstrates strong technical skills and competence in both routine and complex job duties
- Capably sees tasks through from inception to completion, including final details, without requiring management intervention
- High attention to detail and follow up with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
- Ability to free think and creatively craft persuasive arguments for negotiations
- Reliable transportation
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Legal Studies, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a similar discipline
- 3 years of experience working in a comparable field
- Demonstrated success in face-to-face sales
- Phone sales or customer service experience
- CRM Experience Required
