Overview
Seeking a CAD Designer with experience in HVAC product design or Sheetmetal design and proficiency in Creo for concept designs, CAD modeling, and engineering support.
Job Requirements:
- Creo experience
- Experience with HVAC , refrigeration, or Sheetmetal
- Broad product design engineering knowledge
- Experience in manufacturing and fabrication methods
- Fluent in dimensioning and tolerance stack up analysis
Job Responsibilities:
- Create concept designs and CAD models (3D and 2D) using Creo
- Ensure fit and form of new and existing designs
- Design for manufacturability
- Support engineering changes from BOM and drawings standpoint
- Perform tolerance stack up analysis
- Modify and revise designs to address operating deficiencies or reduce production issues
- Compute mathematical formulas for detailed specifications using computer-assisted equipment
- Manage resolution of CAD-related issues
- Revise, edit, and update drawings based on revised sketches, notes, or instructions
- Troubleshoot constructability/design issues
