Construction Cost Manager

Job Overview
Seeking a Construction Cost Manager with expertise in managing contracts, change orders, and utility/gas construction projects.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in contract management and change order processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, English, or Legal studies.
• Extensive experience in complex construction projects valued between $10-100 million.
• Proficiency in construction contractual knowledge and claim assessment/valuation.
• Utility/Gas construction experience required.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of P6 scheduling software.

Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts and review change orders.
• Draft documents for bid events and perform data analysis.
• Ensure protection of commercial interests through contract interpretation.
• Assess project data for validity and impact of delays.
