Job Overview
Seeking a Senior Electrical Designer with expertise in AutoCAD and Allen-Bradley ControlLogix for project design, coordination, and field work.
Requirements:
- Experience with AutoCAD and Allen-Bradley ControlLogix
- Familiarity with National Electric Code
- Knowledge of plant safety and environmental policies
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with PowerFlex
- Field audit experience
Responsibilities:
- Consult with project managers to determine electrical design tasks
- Participate in client meetings and communications
- Prepare detailed design drawings for various projects
- Perform basic electrical calculations and translate design requirements
- Coordinate with outside engineering on project execution
- Implement standard schematic design and documentation
- Supervise electricians during project implementation when necessary
- Perform troubleshooting and systems checkout
