Position Overview
Synergy is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to manage incoming inquiries and convert quotes into sales. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks, from managing lead times to customer engagement and follow-ups. You will work closely with internal teams, including engineers, to ensure customer satisfaction while maximizing sales opportunities.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Sales :
- Reach monthly individual sales quota / goals to support the company’s growth objectives.
- Address inbound sales questions via phone, email, or chat, offering solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Leverage internal engineers and departments to resolve technical issues or complex requests, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on quotes and orders, aiming to close sales and build ongoing partnerships.
- Request referrals and identify new leads with future projects.
- Sales presentations to showcase our value, gain knowledge of customers priorities, and align with the customers needs.
