Key Responsibilities :
- Devise and implement strategies to engage all stakeholders in the Transformation program
- Lead communication and stakeholder engagement initiatives with creativity and efficiency
- Continuously assess and refine communication strategies for maximum impact
- Guide cross-functional teams in addressing strategic communication and change management challenges
- Provide expert consultation to senior management on communication strategies
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications to ensure alignment with standards and approval processes
- Manage the stakeholder engagement plan to foster alignment, sponsorship, and active participation
- Craft compelling communication messages to promote technology initiatives
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts and stakeholder engagement
- Apply best practices in project communications and stakeholder engagement
- Maintain meticulous project documentation
- Bridge the gap between business and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution

7 years hands on experience OCM transformational communications messaging in a consulting role Experience in IT project implementations ideally SAP, supporting the PMO Strong project management skills Strong analysis and critical thinking skills Deadline and detail-oriented Strong leadership qualities with excellent written and English skills Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship Certification in Change Management, Bachelors Degree in business, change, or related discipline
