Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Representative to join our team and serve as the MDT quality representative at a third-party logistics site. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can work independently while ensuring compliance with quality programs, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quality systems, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Utilize CAPA, root cause analysis tools, and auditing techniques to assess and improve processes.
- Provide expertise in policy interpretation and regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
- Oversee process analyses to enforce quality requirements and maintain operational standards.
- Lead audit and inspection preparation, manage findings resolution, and coordinate with auditing bodies.
- Handle legal requests in support of government investigations or litigation.
- Ensure continuous improvement of quality assurance programs and policies.
- Promote standardized quality practices across global operations to drive efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality role.
- Strong knowledge of CAPA, root cause analysis methodologies, and auditing.
- Ability to work independently as the sole Quality Representative at a 3PL site.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance, and quality systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
