We're looking for a hands-on, in-the-field senior safety supervisor / teacher / leader who's hands-on. This is NOT a sit behind -the desk and push paper type, but a go-out-in-the field and assesses the work sites and motivates the teams. So, if you're that hands-on safety manager type who motivates and engages, then this is for you!
The Safety Management Leader
- Must be a hands-on, in the field (this is not a desk job) safety manager
- Must have a minimum of 7 years safety leadership / management in a construction, utility or related industry
- Must have a proven track record of deploying successful safety programs meeting and exceeding OSHA requirements
- Bilingual English / Spanish strongly preferred
- Degree / Certifications (Current OSHA Certifications required)
Must have excellent references, clean DMV record, and pass criminal background check and possess strong work ethic and communication skills
