What You ll Do

Lead the Migration : Manage the endtoend AWS cloud migration process from strategic planning to and validation.

Drive Cloud Innovation : Oversee infrastructure design data transfer application replatforming and system integration.

Engage Key Stakeholders : Collaborate with executives IT teams and endusers to define project requirements and align expectations.

Manage Risks & Changes : Identify potential risks implement mitigation strategies and ensure seamless change control.

Ensure Security & Compliance : Maintain cybersecurity compliance and implement performance testing strategies.

Motivate & Guide Teams : Lead crossfunctional teams with strong communication and leadership skills managing resistance to change effectively.

Requirements

What We re Looking For

Experience : 5 years in project management specifically leading cloud migration projects.

AWS Expertise : Strong knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and data center migration best practices.

Certifications (Preferred) : PMP PRINCE2 or AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Cloud Practitioner etc..

Leadership Skills : Proven ability to manage crossfunctional teams stakeholders and complex IT initiatives.

ProblemSolving Mindset : Proficiency in risk management change management and testing methodologies.

Strong Communication : Ability to present complex ideas clearly and support change management efforts.

USBased & Flexible : Must be based in the U.S. and open to occasional travel as needed by senior leadership. Must be open to working PST standard business hours.

Minimally 5 years of project management experience, specifically in cloud migration projects, with a strong preference for AWS platform expertise. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 and / or AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) is a plus. Proven track record in leading end-to-end cloud migration initiatives, including planning, , and post-migration validation. In-depth knowledge of AWS services, cloud infrastructure, and data center migration best practices. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, including executives, IT teams, and business units. Proficiency in risk management, change management, and user testing methodologies. Above average communication skills in written and verbal presentations with the ability to navigate and address complex team dynamics and support change management processes. Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance and performance testing strategies
