The Director of Finance / Controller will be responsible for a variety of duties that include:
- Lead all accounting functions through daily oversight and direction of processes.
- Ensure general ledger, month-end journal entries, and A/P & A/R bank reconciliations are completed in a timely manner.
- Prepare and monitor monthly financials and budgets.
- Complete required quarterly and annual reporting for grants.
- Maintains various reports and work papers for specific grants and funding.
Requirements for the Controller / Director of Finance position:
- 8 years "hands-on" accounting experience
- Non Profit Grant Accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Strong technical skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
