An established Johnson County construction company is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager to add to their team.
The Bookkeeper/Office Manager will handle a variety of tasks that includes:
- Process accounts receivable
- Process accounts payable
- Payroll
- Percentage of completion billing
- Post payments
- Bank statement reconciliations

- EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- 3-5 years of experience within the construction industry strongly preferred
- Experience with Timberline, Computerease, Viewpoint or similar accounting software
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Adaptability, flexibility, multi-tasking and problem-solving
