What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contracts Administrator position at Synergy Staffing Services?
A growing services company is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to add to their team and play an instrumental, hands-on role supporting the team.
The Contracts Administrator will handle a variety of tasks that includes:
- Review contracts and make any necessary updates and/or changes
- Redlining contracts
- Maintain and update supplier and consumer contracts into system
- Assist with scheduling and managing shipment of products
- Manage payment receipts and applications
- Assure invoicing and payment application upon receipt of funds
- Load receipts
- Enter production documents and market data
- Aid in the bid process
- Work very closely with Project Managers on anything they need
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- 3-5 years of experience working on contracts
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience working with databases
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Adaptability, flexibility, multi-tasking and problem-solving
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
