Product Owner / Business Analyst

We're looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst with a strong healthcare background and a solid grasp of Agile methodologies to transform complex needs into powerful, practical solutions. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-focused, and collaborative leader who can bring clarity to complex projects and help cross-functional teams deliver high-value healthcare technology solutions that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the product backlog, prioritizing and aligning it with business goals to ensure impactful and achievable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously refine priorities, ensuring timely delivery of high-value features.
• Translate requirements and regulations into clear technology solutions that ensure compliance, enhance user experience, and improve operational efficiency
• Break down complex requirements into epics, features, and user stories, providing clear and detailed acceptance criteria.
• Act as a bridge between development teams and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Keep up to date with healthcare technology trends to maintain compliant and forward-thinking solutions.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and challenges, setting clear expectations with stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages accountability, ownership, and transparent teamwork.
• Drive continuous improvement, consistently seeking ways to optimize processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated organizational expertise, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and foster positive connections.
• Proven experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including developers, UX designers, and other cross-functional team members.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, practices, and tools to support effective project delivery.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for managing backlogs, sprint planning, and tracking progress.
