Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Estimator to join our team at Synergy Staffing. This is a 100% onsite position located in Washington County, PA.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct electrical estimating on commercial projects with a minimum value of $100K and up to $100M.
• Develop estimates using computer-based take-off software.
• Utilize experience in Estimating software such as Accubid, Procore, Buildertrend, Contractor Foreman, Foundation Software, Houzz Pro, CoConstruct, Jonas Enterprise, or WinEx to create accurate estimates.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial electrical estimating experience.
• Direct experience working on hospital or data center projects preferred.
• Ability to work comfortably with transparency and budgets, including understanding the time required for job estimation.
• Teamwork skills, with attention to detail and ability to adhere to company standards.
