Key Requirements:
- A minimum of three years of commercial electrical estimating experience
- Experience working on projects with budgets ranging from $100K to $100M, preferably in the hospital or data center sectors
- The ability to perform computer-based take-offs and estimations
- Direct experience with Estimating software, including Accubid, Procore, Buildertrend, Contractor Foreman, Foundation Software, Houzz Pro, CoConstruct, Jonas Enterprise, or WinEx
- Comfort with transparency and budget management, including understanding the time required for job estimation
- The ability to work effectively with standards and collaborate as part of a team
- Extreme attention to detail
