We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all staff, providers and operations of our two wellness centers (Prescott & Prescott Valley). General Manager responsibilities include managing staff & providers, daily office operations, payroll and on-boarding. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our patients experience in the office is top notch. Ultimately, you’ll help our company continue to grow and thrive.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Manage Staff Schedules
- Manage Provider Schedules
- Enforce policies and processes
- Ensure Patient Satisfaction with office and care
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. employee conflicts, patient complaints,etc.)
- Run Office Meetings
- Cover Staff Shifts If Needed
Skills
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role
- Excellent Multitasking Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
