As a Health Care Account Manager (business development) at Synergy Wound Technology, you will be pivotal in driving our growth and expansion efforts. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and create strategies to achieve sales targets. Your ability to understand client needs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to market dynamics will be crucial to your success in this role. This is a $75,000 base plus commission (uncapped) type position. This position is a full remote covering your assigned territory. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- At least two years recent sales experience in the health care industry, preferably in home health care.
- Drive to sell and shape the market for home wound care services and products
- Formal sales training.
- Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
- Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market.
- Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical.
- The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.
