You will be expected to work 40 to 50 hours per week with a compensation starting at $55,000 per year, with opportunities for unlimited incentives. - Process incoming calls, collect customer information, schedule appointments
- Make outgoing call to schedule and confirm maintenance appointments Follow-up on existing opportunities in the pipeline (to bring opportunities to conclusion)
- Process customer payments
- Gather customer reviews and feedback and share findings with team
- Advise customers of benefits of becoming a service partner
- Introduce active promotions to clients
- Communicate with technicians and sales reps to ensure accurate reporting
- Daily meetings with operations to plan and review work pipelines
